Terms of service
Last updated: 30 September 2026
Using MyBeli
These terms cover use of the MyBeli catalogue and order-management service. Use the service lawfully, provide accurate information, and submit only information and files you are authorised to share. Keep account credentials and private order or document links secure. Do not attempt to access another person's records, upload malicious files, or interfere with the service.
Orders and payments
MyBeli provides software for stores to publish catalogues, receive requests, and manage quotations, invoices and payment records. The store identified on the catalogue or sales document is responsible for its products, prices, order acceptance, fulfilment, cancellations and refunds. Contact that store about those matters and confirm its sale terms before ordering.
Submitting a request does not confirm an order. Payments are arranged directly with the store; MyBeli does not collect or hold customer payments. A payment notification or uploaded proof is a record for the store to check and does not by itself confirm receipt of funds.
Personal data and payment proofs
Share only the information needed for your transaction. Before uploading a payment proof, hide unrelated transactions, balances and other unnecessary personal information. Never upload passwords, PINs or one-time security codes. Parents, guardians and authorised school staff should limit children's details to what the order requires.
The privacy notice explains the information handled by the service, Singapore hosting, recipients, and how to contact the store about personal data. These terms do not replace that notice.
Availability and demo use
The service may be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons. Keep copies of documents you need for your records. Demo catalogues are for evaluation: use sample information and do not upload real payment proofs or students' personal details.
