MyBeli
Quotations and invoices for catalogue orders, in one place.
Built for school cooperatives and the suppliers who serve them, and for any small business that quotes before it sells. Customers browse your catalogue and send a request. You reply with a quotation they accept online, issue the invoice, and record the payment when it arrives. MyBeli never handles your money.
How it works
What each store gets
Four steps, from a customer opening the catalogue to the money being recorded.
Catalogue
Products, photos and variations. Customers browse without an account, or you require a login for a members-only price list.
Requests
Customers pick items and send a request with their contact details. Staff see every request in one list.
Quotations
Send a numbered quotation. The customer accepts or declines online, and an acceptance issues the invoice.
Invoices and payments
Numbered invoices with the balance due, your bank details and a DuitNow QR, payment reminders, and a record of what was paid.
Who it's for
- A school cooperative taking uniform and book pre-orders from parents.
- A stationery or uniform supplier quoting to cooperatives and schools.
- A small wholesaler that quotes before it invoices.
How we handle money, email and compliance
- No payments through MyBeli. Customers pay you directly by bank transfer or DuitNow; you record it.
- e-Invoice. Businesses with annual turnover under RM3 million are exempt from LHDN e-Invoice (e-Invoice Guideline v4.8, section 1.6.1(e), from 1 September 2026), and invoices issued by exempt businesses are accepted as proof of expense (section 1.6.2). MyBeli does not submit to MyInvois. Read the guideline
- Transactional email only. No newsletters, no marketing campaigns, no bulk mail, and no purchased, rented or scraped contact lists.
- Personal data. Every store shows a bilingual PDPA notice where it collects details, and MyBeli acts as the store's data processor under written terms.
- Pricing. By arrangement while we onboard stores one at a time.
Questions or enquiries: hello@mybeli.my
MyBeli sends transactional email only. We send no newsletters, no marketing campaigns, no promotions, and no bulk mail of any kind, and we operate a single transactional message stream. Every message is generated by a specific action someone has just taken.
- Admin account activation. A one time link sent to a store owner or administrator we have onboarded, so they can set their password.
- Password reset. Sent only when the account holder requests it from the login page.
- Order request notifications. Sent to the store's own staff address when a customer submits a request through that store's catalogue.
- Quote notifications. Sent to the customer who submitted a request, about that request, and back to store staff when the customer accepts or declines. Invoice notifications may be added later on the same basis.
We hold no mailing list and run no cold outreach. We have never purchased, rented, scraped, or imported a list of contacts. An address reaches us in only two ways.
- Store owners and administrators. Onboarded by us one at a time, as a direct business relationship, using the address they give us for that purpose.
- Customers of a store. Entered by the person themselves when they submit an order request or create an account. On the request form the email field is optional. If it is left blank, the store follows up by phone instead.
An address is used only for the transaction it came from. It is stored against that one store, is never shared between stores, and is never reused for any other purpose. Because there is no recurring or promotional mail, there is no list to subscribe to.
